Your True North: Yoga + Hiking Eco-Retreat October 20, 21 & 22 2024

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming retreat in the serene mountains of Maine's Western lake region. Please join us October 20, 21 and 22 in Denmark, Maine for "Your True North: Yoga+hiking Eco-Retreat" with Murielle and Mae Corwin

We are excited to offer this opportunity to turn inward, commune with nature and others, and take in Maine's magnificence during peak foliage. We will hold intentional space for our participants to rediscover their "true north". We will begin at the foundation (the feet) and work our way upward to find and connect with your true north alignment. This is a natural alignment that will bring about a lifetime of health and ease in your body.

We will also focus on finding our inner compass as a way to align our thoughts words and actions on and off the mat.

True North is your orienting point — your fixed point in a spinning world - that helps you stay on track as an individual and member of your community. It is derived from your most deeply held beliefs, values, and the principles you abide by. It is your internal compass, unique to you, representing who you are at your deepest level. Being in nature will ground us and serve as our anchor point as we orient ourselves in the direction of adventure, connection, and self-discovery. We look forward to this weekend away from home together and can't wait for the adventure to unfold!
